Description

Why is hindsight so powerful? One reason is the clarity with which we see the past. Our narrative has fewer gaps and we can see missed opportunities or the error in our ways.

It's often unpleasant to discover where we were wrong. It happens so often in relationships as we reflect on how it started one way and ended another.

I have found we are often hard on ourselves or amiss to the insights that our emotions cloud. How can we better embrace when we're wrong? How can we recover from those rough moments and emotions? Listen as we hear from Kathryn, a "wrongologist", who will shed some light on this topic.
